Riverrun Residence

Riverrun Residence is a modern mansion designed as a refined retreat where contemporary elegance meets raw natural beauty. Developed in collaboration with Group Design Build, the architecture establishes a bold, minimalist framework, while the interiors  bring warmth, depth, and tactility through natural materials like wood, stone, and marble.

A central design feature is the double-sided fireplace, positioned between the living and dining spaces. Minimal in form yet rich in detail, it integrates concealed storage and shelving that can be revealed on the dining side, creating a cozy and intimate atmosphere.

Expansive glazing frames views of the surrounding landscape, while a palette of muted tones, natural textures, and sculptural lighting elements ground the interiors in elegance with a touch of brutalist edge. The open plan connects kitchen, dining, and living spaces seamlessly, offering both openness for gatherings and intimacy for quiet moments.
